The purpose of this chapter is to authorize the Code Enforcement
Officer of the Town of Milo to issue and serve appearance tickets
in connection with violations of state statutes, local law, ordinances
or rules and regulations of the Town which the Code Enforcement Officer
is authorized and/or required to enforce.

The Code Enforcement Officer of the Town of Milo is hereby authorized
to issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect to violations
of a state statute, a local law, ordinance, rule or regulation of
the Town of Milo that said Code Enforcement Officer is required and/or
authorized to enforce relating to fire prevention and safety, zoning
and planning and buildings.
An appearance ticket issued pursuant to this chapter shall be
served personally.
