In the event that the Township receives a request for an event permit, or otherwise receives a request for the use of persons, supplies or equipment from the Public Works Department, then:
A. 
The request will be reviewed and approved by the Township Manager or his designee.
B. 
In the event that the request is approved, the charge for public works services shall be the current rate per hour of what the Township would need to expend for these services. This charge shall include the use of any Township vehicles, employees, cones or barricades or any other item that would be required by the Township.
C. 
The hourly charge shall apply to all of the hours needed, including preliminary work, work during the event, and clean up work.
D. 
The Manager, his designee, or the Public Works Director shall estimate the amount of time to be devoted prior to the event and the person whose request has been approved shall pre-pay the estimated amount and agree to pay any further or additional amounts as may be incurred by the Public Works Department.

The request will be reviewed and approved by the Police Chief or his designee.
B. 
In the event that the request is approved, the charge for police services shall be the current rate per hour of what the Township would need to expend for these services. This charge shall include the use of any Township vehicles, employees, cones or barricades or any other item that would be required by the Township.
C. 
The hourly charges shall apply to all of the hours to be used, including preliminary work, work during the event and post-event policing.
D. 
The Police Chief or his designee shall estimate the amount of time to be devoted prior to the event and the person whose request has been approved shall pre-pay the estimated amount and agree to pay any further or additional amounts as may be incurred by the Police Department.
Should the Township make a further determination of other Township services that are needed, the applicant shall be responsible for the costs of these services.
