The City of Northfield has filed a written consent with the New Jersey Department of Transportation that Subtitle 1 of Title 39 with various traffic regulations be made applicable to the semi-public roads, streets, driveways and parking lots of the Municipal Park Recreation Area also known as "Northfield Bike Path" located in the City of Northfield, County of Atlantic. In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:5A-4, the following regulations shall be enforceable.
A. 
All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.
B. 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other parking regulations:

Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy areas, pedestrian walkways or bike paths, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's expense.
The following streets or parts shall be designated for use by authorized vehicles only, such as police vehicles, ambulances and municipal vehicles. No vehicle other than an authorized vehicle shall enter upon the below roads:

"Motor-driven vehicles" include, but are not limited to, minibikes, motor scooters, go-carts, swamp buggies, snowmobiles, motorized bicycles, motorcycles, and any other similar type of motor-driven vehicle, but shall not include motor-operated conveyances for physically handicapped persons. The operation and/or use of motor-driven vehicles shall be prohibited along the bicycle and pedestrian path located in the City of Northfield, County of Atlantic, between Dolphin Avenue to the City of Northfield/City of Linwood corporate line.

Beginning 37 feet east of the easterly curbline of Wabash Avenue and extending 10 feet easterly therefrom
Mill Road
Beginning 25 feet east of the easterly curbline of Wabash Avenue and extending 10 feet easterly therefrom
Mt. Vernon Avenue
Beginning 27 feet east of the easterly curbline of Fuae Avenue and extending 10 feet easterly therefrom
Oakcrest Avenue
Beginning 25 feet east of the easterly curbline of Wabash Avenue and extending 10 feet easterly therefrom
Roosevelt Avenue
Beginning 32 feet east of the easterly curbline of Fuae Avenue and extending 10 feet easterly therefrom
Tilton Road
Beginning 37 feet east of the easterly curbline of Wabash Avenue and extending 10 feet easterly therefrom
Zion Road
Beginning 27 feet east of the easterly curbline of Fuae Avenue and extending 10 feet easterly therefrom
All signs, posts, or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this article or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $250 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
