General Ordinances]
Permission is hereby granted for baseball games on Sundays after 2:00
p.m., whether or not an admission fee is charged, upon the condition that
no greater fee shall be charged for admission to baseball games on Sunday
than is charged on weekdays.

Permission is hereby granted for the exhibition of motion pictures and
theatrical productions on Sundays after 2:00 p.m., whether or not an admission
fee is charged, provided that the employer shall comply with the provisions
of § 161 of the Labor Law of the State of New York.
