No person shall be permitted to operate a motor vehicle on the premises
of Transverse Park and Ormsby Park other than on roadways or cartways specifically
designed for motor vehicle traffic.
This exclusion of motor vehicles from the premises of Transverse Park
and Ormsby Park does not apply to such motor vehicles and motorized equipment
owned, operated, leased or contracted by the Borough of Mount Oliver.
Any person who is found to be in violation of this chapter shall be
subject to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.) plus costs
of prosecution and, in default of payment of said fine or costs, to a term
of imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days.
