§ 202-1 Adoption of statutory provisions. [1]

The Borough of Wilkinsburg hereby adopts the provisions of the Act of July 27, 1955 (P.L. 288, No. 104), as amended by the Act of November 28, 1973 (P.L. 348, No. 121) and by Act No. 89 approved June 23, 1976.[2]

§ 202-2 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any owner who violates the provisions of this Article shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.), plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days.

§ 202-3 Designation of municipal officer.

The Building Inspector is designated as the municipal officer referred to in the statute above to issue the various certificates required hereunder.
