[HISTORY: Adopted by the Council of the City

There is hereby established within the corporate
limits of the City of Northfield a free public library known as the
"Free Public Library of the City of Northfield."
There is hereby established a Board of Trustees
of the Free Public Library of the City of Northfield to be appointed
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:54-9.
