[Adopted 10-5-1954 by Ord. No. 7-1954 (Ch. 83, Art. I, of the 1974 Code)]
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, club, association, partnership, society or any other form of association or organization, either as principal, agent, employee or otherwise, to use, play or operate on or upon the public streets, alleys or thoroughfares in the City of Northfield any device known as a sound truck, loudspeaker, sound amplifier, radio or phonograph with a loudspeaker or sound amplifier or any other instrument known as a calliope or any instrument of any kind or character which emits loud and raucous noises and is attached to, upon or connected with any vehicle operated or standing upon said streets or public places aforementioned.

The penalty for violation of any provision of this article shall be as set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-15.

Any person who aids, assists or abets in the violation of the provisions of this article shall be subject to the penalties herein provided for.
