Payment of claims — See Ch. 15.
The attached form be and the same is hereby adopted (as a rule and regulation
of the City of Clifton) which must be completed by the claimant or his representative
and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Clifton in accordance with the
provisions of N.J.S.A. 59:8-1 et seq.
The City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to make available to and
provide, either by mail or by direct delivery at the City Clerk's office,
a copy or copies of such form as soon as reasonably possible to any claimant
who has notified the City of Clifton of a claim for damages against it by
delivery to such claimant of such form by mail or by handing the same to the
claimant.
