All parallel parking shall be prohibited in the Pleasantville Shopping
Center in that area of the parking lot within 25 feet of the sidewalk immediately
in front of any store or other establishment in the Pleasantville Shopping
Center.
Signs clearly indicating the prohibited parking area shall be erected
in sufficient locations to give notice of the prohibited parking areas.
Any vehicle parked in said prohibited parking area shall be towed at
the owner's expense. Anyone convicted of a violation of the provisions of
this article shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than
$1,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days and/or a period of community
service not exceeding 90 days.
