[Adopted during codification (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II)]
One recreation vehicle (a self-propelled or towed vehicle equipped to serve as temporary living quarters for recreational, camping or travel purposes and which is used solely as family or personal conveyance) and/or boat shall be permitted on residential properties under the following conditions:
A. 
It must be in operable condition and well maintained. It cannot be in a deplorable condition.
B. 
It must be registered by the appropriate state agency.
Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days and/or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
