A.
Section 37 of the Second Class Cities Law and § 23,
Subdivision 2b, of the General Cities Law are hereby superseded as
to the requirement of a public auction for lease of restaurant facilities
owned by the City.
B.
The leasing of all restaurant facilities owned by
the City shall be accomplished by the submission of sealed bids by
the interested parties.
