A. 
The Buildings Department shall keep and maintain an accurate list of all multiple dwellings in the City.
B. 
The Building Inspector shall be charged with ensuring that each multiple dwelling receives a fire safety and property maintenance inspection at least once every three years, as required by Title 19, Chapter XXXII, Part 1203.3, of the Rules and Regulations of the State of New York.
C. 
The Building Inspector shall also develop and implement a method to monitor these inspections and ensure compliance with the requirements of this section.
