Any assessment determined pursuant to Subdivision
1 of § 305 or 306 of the New York State Agriculture and
Markets Law shall be used for any benefit assessment or special ad
valorem levy collected by the Town of Southampton on behalf of any
water, light, sewer, sanitation, fire or ambulance district.
