A.
Diagonal parking at an angle of 30° shall be required
on the following roads or portions thereof:
(1)
Hampton Bays.
(a)
On the south side of Good Ground Road from a
point 375 feet east of Springville Road in an easterly direction for
a distance of 1,150 feet.
(b)
On both sides of Road H from the south side
of Dune Road (Oceanside) southerly to its extremity.
(c)
On both sides of Road H from the north side
of Dune Road (Bayside) northerly to a point 50 feet south of its extremity.
(d)
On the east side of Road I from the north side
of Dune Road (Bayside) northerly to a point 50 feet south of its
extremity.
(e)
On both sides of Road K from the south side
of Dune Road (Oceanside) southerly to a point 50 feet north of its
extremity.
(f)
On the both sides of Road K from the north side
of Dune Road (Bayside) northerly to a point 50 feet south of its
extremity.
(g)
On both sides of Road L from the south side
of Dune Road (Oceanside) southerly to a point 50 feet north of its
extremity.
(h)
On both sides of Mermaid Lane from the south
side of Dune Road (Oceanside) southerly to its extremity.
(2)
Sagaponack.
(a)
On the east side of Sagaponack Main Street (Sagg
Main Street) across from the Sagaponack Post Office, from a point
175 feet north of its intersection with Hedges Lane in a northerly
direction for a distance of 275 feet.
(b)
On the west side of Sagaponack Main Street (Sagg
Main Street) across from the Sagaponack Post Office from a point 135
feet north of its intersection with Hedges Lane in a northerly direction
for a distance of 75 feet.
(3)
East Quogue.
(a)
On both sides of Triton Lane from the south
side of Dune Road (Oceanside) southerly to a point 50 feet north of
its extremity.
(b)
On the east side of Triton Lane from the north
side of Dune Road (Bayside) northerly to a point 50 feet south of
its extremity.
(c)
On both sides of Dolphin Lane from the south
side of Dune Road (Oceanside) southerly to a point 50 feet north of
its extremity.
B.
This section shall not be effective until signs and
markings giving notice of angle (diagonal) parking requirements are
duly posted.
