All buses and trucks having a gross weight in excess of 10,000 pounds are excluded from the following highways within this Town, exclusive of incorporated villages:
A. 
Southampton, Tuckahoe, Shinnecock Hills, North Sea.
(1) 
The following roadways: Wiltshire Street lying between the intersections of Majors Path on the west and County Road No. 39 on the east; David Whites Lane lying between its intersection with County Road No. 39 and Seven Ponds Road; and Seven Ponds Road lying between its intersections with David Whites Lane and Seven Ponds Road.
(2) 
The following roadway: Sebonac Road, New North Highway Road and Shrubland Road, being a continuous roadway lying between, at the east, the intersection of County Road No. 39, where it intersects with Sandy Hollow Road and Sebonac Road, and, at the west, County Road No. 39, where it intersects with Shrubland Road.
(3) 
The following roadway: North Bishops Lane lying between, at the north, the intersection of County Road No. 39, and, at the south, the intersection with Moses Lane.
(4) 
The following roadways, lying between their intersections with North Sea Road and their intersections with Majors Path, namely: Valorie Road, Roman Road, Henry Road, Raynor Road, North Sea-Mecox Road, Little Fresh Pond Road, Mary’s Lane, Straight Path and Fish Cove Road.
(5) 
The following roadway: Millstone Brook Road, being a continuous roadway lying between, at the east, the intersection of North Sea Road, and at the west, Barkers Island Road.
(6) 
The following roadway: Barkers Island Road, being a continuous roadway lying between, at the north, its terminus at Bullhead Bay, and at the south, its intersection with Sebonac Road (Sebonac Inlet Road).
(7) 
The following roadway: Canoe Place Road between its intersection with CR 39 (North Road) and SR 27A/CR 80 (Montauk Highway).

B. 
Water Mill.
(1) 
The following roadways shall be included as bus and truck exclusion routes: Old Mill Road, lying between its intersection with Montauk Highway (Route No. 27) and Head of Pond Road; Upper Seven Ponds Road, lying between its intersections with Lower Seven Ponds Road and Old Mill Road; Lower Seven Ponds Road, lying between its intersections with Seven Ponds-Towd Road and Head of Pond Road; Head of Pond Road, lying between its intersections with Montauk Highway (Route 27) and Scuttlehole Road; Cobb Road, lying between the intersection of Montauk Highway and Flying Point Road; Cobb Road West, lying between the intersection of Montauk Highway and Flying Point Road; Cobb Road West, lying between the intersection of Cobb Road and Flying Point Road; and Little Cobb Road, lying between the intersection of Cobb Road and Montauk Highway.
C. 
Bridgehampton
(1) 
The following roadways, lying between their intersection of Scuttlehole Road and their intersection of Route No. 27 (Montauk Highway), namely: Lumber Lane and Butter Lane; also Mitchell Lane between the intersection of Scuttlehole Road and Butter Lane; Huntington Crossway between the intersection of Scuttlehole Road and County Road No. 79 (Sag Harbor Turnpike); and Strongs Lane between the intersection of Scuttlehole Road and Hayground Road.
(2) 
The following additional roadways: Maple Lane, Corwith Road, Hildreth Lane, Church Street, and Ocean Road 250 feet south of its intersection with Montauk Highway (Route No. 27).

The following roadways: Hildreth Avenue, Oak Street and Lockwood Avenue for their entirety.

Eastport.

The regulations established in this article shall not be construed to apply to the following: the transportation of school children to and from their homes; the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the highways from which such trucks or buses are excluded; the use of roads by motor coaches engaged in local touring or by charter buses or by buses transporting passengers to, from or between railroad stations; to municipally owned vehicles; to vehicles engaged in the business of agricultural production; or to prevent owners of such vehicles from reaching their residence or place of business.
