A. 
Land from which the development rights are to be transferred: 36.929 acres, being the southerly portion of a 135.165 acre tract on the south side of Flanders Road, more specifically bounded and described by survey of Howard W. Young, L.S., dated August 10, 1977, entitled "Leonard Milgraum, et al., at Flanders, Town of Southampton, County of Suffolk and State of New York."
B. 
Consideration: 36.929 acres shall be deeded and transferred to the Town of Southampton, with provisions for right-of-way to Flanders Road, at no cost to the Town of Southampton.
C. 
Land to which rights are to be transferred: 43.6 acres on the west side of Pleasure Drive, more specifically bounded and described by survey of Howard W. Young, L.S., dated July 8, 1977, entitled "Transfer of Development Rights, Cluster Realty Subdivision Sketch Plan for Leonard Milgraum, et al., at Flanders, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, New York."
D. 
Consideration: An increase of permitted lots from 17 to 35, each having a minimum area of 40,000 square feet within the described land area, which said increase will not alter the overall density of the CR-80 district.

Land from which the development rights are to be transferred: A 6.531-acre parcel and a 185.982-acre parcel located on the north and south side of Sunrise Highway in the hamlet of East Quogue, being two of the three westerly parcels of a total of seven parcels owned by the applicants, more specifically bounded and described as shown on a survey prepared by John J. Raynor, L.S., dated January 18, 1988, entitled "Map of Survey of Property to be conveyed to Patrick E. Malloy III, Malloy Enterprises, Inc. and Malloy Real Estate, Inc."
B. 
Consideration: Approximately 249.299 acres shall be deeded and transferred to the Town of Southampton, with access from Old Country Road and Montauk Highway over roadways to be constructed in connection with the applicant's subdivision of the remaining parcels, at no cost to the Town of Southampton.
C. 
Land to which the rights are to be transferred: A total of three parcels, being an 18.727-acre parcel, a 8.518-acre parcel and a 192,852-acre parcel, said parcels being located on the north side of Montauk Highway and Old Country Road in the hamlet of East Quogue, more specifically bounded and described as shown on a survey prepared by John J. Raynor, L.S., dated January 18, 1988, entitled "Map of Survey of Property to be conveyed to Patrick E. Malloy III, Malloy Enterprises, Inc. and Malloy Real Estate, Inc."
D. 
Consideration. An increase in the permitted number of lots on the applicant's easterly holdings from 90 to 114, each having a minimum area of 40,000 square feet within the described land area, which said increase will not alter the overall density of the R-20, CR-120 or CR-200 Zones.
