GENERAL REFERENCES
Fire prevention — See Ch. 122.
Pursuant to C.G.S. § 7-301, as that statute may from time
to time be amended, the Board of Selectmen is empowered to enter into agreement
with volunteer fire companies within the Town for the protection thereof from
fire and other disasters on such conditions as to financial assistance and
observance of regulations as the Board of Selectmen shall deem advisable.
