Borough of Oakmont, PA Chapter 21 Health, County Department of

§ 21-1 Borough subject to County Department of Health. [1]

Pursuant to 16 P.S. § 12001 et seq., the Local Health Administration Law, it is hereby declared to be the intention of the Borough of Oakmont that, upon the establishment of the County Department of Health of Allegheny County, the Borough of Oakmont will cease to exercise any of the public health functions vested in it by law and become subject to the jurisdiction of said County Department of Health.
