It shall be unlawful for any owner, agent, manager,
superintendent, lessee or occupant of any building or structure within
the limits of the City of Northfield to permit the emission or escapement
of dense smoke, gas, fumes or vapors, chemical or otherwise, no matter
from what source derived, in such manner or in sufficient quantity
to cause injury to health or damage to property, within the limits
of the City of Northfield.
