STATUTORY REFERENCES
Authority to establish fee for use of geographic information system — See
C.G.S. 7-148s.
[Adopted 1-21-2003]
Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes § 7-148s, the Town
of Manchester hereby adopts a schedule of fees for the use of the Town of
Manchester's Geographic Information System, said fees to be approved by the
Board of Directors and to be published as part of the Town's GIS Data Map
Products and Policies document. Said fees are to be consistent with the provisions
of Connecticut General Statutes § 7-148s and may be revised by the
Board of Directors as may be necessary.
