The interlocal agreement to govern community cable access for
the Towns of Newington, Wethersfield and Rocky Hill, on file with
the Clerk of the Council, be and is hereby adopted to create a public
agency to allocate air time equitably, adjudicate disputes on channel
use, establish rules and procedures, enforce any applicable state
and federal regulations, and perform such other tasks as may be assigned.
