[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Meeting of the Town of Old Lyme 6-15-1944;
amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions,
Art. I). Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The throwing or placing or sweeping of waste materials and paper in
the highways, on the sidewalks, or on any other properties owned or controlled
by the Town of Old Lyme is hereby forbidden.
A penalty not to exceed $500 shall be imposed for each violation of
this chapter.
