[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Meeting of the Town of Old Lyme 11-22-1960. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The following regulations of the Point O' Woods, Old Lyme Shores, Old Colony, Miami and White Sands Beach Associations are hereby adopted by the Town of Old Lyme, applicable and enforceable within the territorial limits of each such Association:
A. 
Maximum speed on all roads is limited not to exceed posted speeds.
B. 
All vehicles must come to a complete stop at all duly posted stop signs.
C. 
No refuse may be dumped on any beach, road or common area.
D. 
All garbage and refuse containers must be securely covered.
E. 
No dog may be allowed to go at large or on any beach area.
F. 
The following are declared to be nuisances and are therefore prohibited:
(1) 
Any excessive noise, including but not limited to that of radio and television sets.
(2) 
Picnicking on beach areas.
(3) 
Interference with or dumping foreign matter into surface drains.
(4) 
Damage or destruction to property of another.
(5) 
Parking in areas or at times prohibited by duly erected warning signs.
(6) 
Damaging or interfering with boats, diving rafts, and stakeout lines.
(7) 
Permitting shrubbery or bushes to obstruct the view of motorists at intersections.
(8) 
Renting or leasing housing accommodations to, or allowing the same to be occupied by, any fraternity, sorority or similar organization.
Any person who shall violate any of the foregoing regulations shall be fined not more than $90 for each offense.
