The town set aside the sum of $319.24 to be known and remain as the
Town Deposit Fund, the same to be invested and the income therefrom used,
as by law required, and the Selectmen of the town shall appoint an agent for
the management of said fund until an agent for this purpose shall be properly
elected by the electors of the town.
