These regulations and any subsequent amendments may be adopted by the
Commission after due notice and public hearing as required by law and upon
the vote of a majority of all of the members of the Commission. (Secs. 8-22
and 8-25, CGS)
These Regulations and any subsequent amendments shall become effective
upon adoption by the Commission or at such subsequent time as is fixed by
the Commission.
