Park type benches shall be allowed to be placed throughout the business district of the Town as a community service to the public. All benches must be of a size, design, and dimension as approved by the building official. Any advertising must be approved by the Building Inspector. The placement of said benches shall be under the direct supervision of the Building Official and Chief of Police. The cost of purchasing and maintaining these benches will be the sole responsibility of the business owner who maintains that area under Chapter 138, Article I, of this Code.
