General Ordinances]
There shall be a Deputy Borough Clerk appointed by the Mayor and Council
for a term of one year. The Deputy Borough Clerk shall not be entitled to
tenure.
The Deputy Borough Clerk shall assist the Borough Clerk in the performance of all duties set forth in Article IV and, in addition, shall perform such other duties as the Mayor and Council, from time to time, shall direct.
