A.
No person shall discharge or use firearms of any description,
air guns, spring guns, bow and arrow or other missile projecting device within
the borough. Nor shall any person use, discharge or convey into the borough
any caps for cap pistols, chemical guns, sparklers or fireworks of any description.
B.
Air rifles or weapons throwing projectiles by means of
compressed air or spring tension shall be considered to be firearms.

This chapter shall not apply to police or law enforcement officers in
the discharge of their lawful duty, nor to citizens actually engaged in defense
of their person or property in such manner as may otherwise be provided by
law, nor to any supervised archery training offered in connection with any
organized activity which is held on tracts of land exceeding 100 acres.
