GENERAL REFERENCES
Firearms — See Ch. 116.
No person, with the exception of borough police, their designees or
other law enforcement officers in the discharge of their lawful duties, shall
hunt, trap, shoot, snare or in any fashion attempt to kill or capture any
bird, birds or wildlife in the borough.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a summons in the Municipal Court and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine in accordance with § 1-17, General penalty, for each separate violation of this chapter.
