The Town budget and Board of Education budget shall be posted on the Town's web site or on another site should the Town site stop functioning. The proposed budget shall be placed for review within two weeks after release to the Town Council. The adopted budget shall be placed for review within four weeks after adoption and the mill rate has been set.
A. 
The budget shall be able to be downloaded or reviewed person, anywhere, anytime.
B. 
To insure that all persons can download the budget in a timely fashion, it shall be divided into at least two sections: Town Budget and Board of Education Budget. However, both budgets can be sectionalized into more sections to improve downloading.
A. 
In addition, the annual and five-year CIP shall be placed on the Internet with the same requirements of the budget when they are released to the Town Council.
B. 
The previous year's budget and CIP shall remain on the site for a period of one year.
