GENERAL REFERENCES
Sale of Town property — See Ch. 84.
Before Town-owned land is scheduled for sale, it shall be the policy of the Select Board that a description and location of such land be circulated to all boards and department heads who may be interested for future Town use. They will be given 30 days to respond, and, if there is no interest, the land may be sold in accordance with Chapter 84 of the Town Code, Town Property, Sale of.
