When the provisions of this chapter specify more restrictive standards than required by any other statute or ordinance, the requirements of this chapter shall govern.
Should any section or part of a section or any provision of this chapter be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.
All prior zoning ordinances are repealed, including Chapter 7.[1]

This chapter shall take effect and be in force from the date of its adoption.
