The provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.10 et seq., establishing the office
of Chief Financial Officer in the Borough, are hereby established and adopted.
The Chief Financial Officer shall be appointed, when legally qualified,
by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Borough Council.
