The deign, installation, maintenance, alteration and inspection of mechanical systems, including heating systems, ventilating systems, cooling systems, steam and hot water heating systems, water heaters, process piping, boilers and pressure vessels, appliances utilizing gas, liquid or solid fuel, chimney and vents, mechanical refrigeration systems, fireplaces, barbecues, incinerators, crematories and air pollution systems shall be installed and maintained in compliance with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, which was adopted as part of the Borough Code pursuant to Chapter 103 thereof, including all referenced codes and standards relevant to their installation. This chapter shall be enforced pursuant to the terms of Chapter 103.
