Editor's Note: This ordinance was originally designated to be
added as Chapter 275 but was renumbered to maintain the organization of the
Code.
The Hancock Cemetery, a historical piece of land formerly a family owned
cemetery, has been dedicated to the Borough of Florham Park. Since there are
still family plots available for burials, establishment of a fee for interments
has been established in accordance with the laws of the state.
The fee for a permit for a burial in the Hancock Cemetery shall be paid
to the Borough of Florham Park, and is hereby fixed as follows:
