[Adopted 12-2-1977 as Ch. 70, Art. I, of the 1977 Code]
No person shall fish from any of the docks or
boat basins owned or maintained by the Town of East Hampton between
the hours of sunset and sunrise.
Any violation of this ordinance shall, upon
conviction, be punishable by a fine of not more than $25, or imprisonment
for not more than 10 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
