[Adopted 12-2-1977 as Ch. 137, Art. I, of the 1977 Code]
The Town Board of the Town of East Hampton, pursuant to the provisions of § 485-b, Subdivision 7, of the Real Property Tax Law, hereby reduces the per centum of exemption otherwise allowed by said § 485-b to zero.
This local law shall take effect immediately.
In addition to the customary filings of local laws, the Town Clerk is hereby directed to file a copy of this law with the New York State Board of Equalization and Assessment.[1]
