No person shall fire or discharge any cannon,
gun or firearms in or across any of the streets, public parks, squares,
or near any dwelling house, except in the performance of a legal duty;
nor fire or discharge any air-gun, blow-gun, or any instrument discharging
a projectile in or across any such street, park or near any such dwelling
house.
