The Carroll County Forest Conservation Ordinance adopted and enforced
by Carroll County, Maryland, shall be the official Forest Conservation Ordinance
for the City of Taneytown, Maryland, and such ordinance is hereby adopted
by reference. The official of the county shall be the inspector and/or enforcement
official for the city for this purpose.
