The Town of Niagara will adopt the defense and indemnification of its
officers and its employees pursuant to § 18 of the Public Officers
Law, confer the benefits of this section upon its officials and
employees and agree to be held liable for the costs incurred under these provisions.
The implementation and adoption of § 18 of the Public Officers
Law, along with all of its amendments, is hereby resolved to be applicable
to the Town of Niagara.
