In compliance with § 51.55(d) of the administrative requirements of the Revenue Sharing Handicapped Discrimination Regulations, the following grievance procedure is hereby adopted by the Town of Niagara.
A. 
Written notice shall be given to the Town Clerk.
B. 
Within three days from receipt of notice, the Town Clerk shall submit notice to the Grievance Committee, comprised of at least three members as designated by Town of Niagara Town Board.
C. 
The Grievance Committee shall review and respond to complainant within 15 days from their receipt of notice from Town Clerk.
D. 
If complainant is not satisfied with the response from the Grievance Committee, the complainant shall give written notice to Town of Niagara Town Board.
E. 
The Town of Niagara Town Board shall review and respond to complainant within 30 days from receipt of complaint.
