Safeguards, such as lifeguards, are provided
only during posted hours when the beaches are actually open to the
public and at such times are only provided for the areas marked by
buoys or signs. The beach, premises and structures are officially
closed to the public use at any other time. Any persons entering the
water in an unmarked area, after posted hours or after the official
closing do so at their own risk.
No person shall use skin diving or any underwater
diving equipment in the designated swimming areas.
At an audible signal by the lifeguards, all
bathers must immediately leave the bathing areas.
