[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Township of
Caln 4-11-1972 by Res. No. 1972-7. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Township of Caln hereby requests of the Department
of Property and Supplies of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that it, the
said Township, be authorized to participate in purchase contracts of the said
Department, and it agrees that it will be bound by such terms and conditions
as the said Department may and shall prescribe and that it will be responsible
for payment directly to the sender under each purchase contract, all pursuant
to Section 2403(h) of the Administrative Code of 1929.[1]
