The Board of Trustees hereby accepts the applicability
of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and
Multiple Residence Law, in and for the Village of Spring Valley, in
accordance with the provisions of the Executive Law of the State of
New York and other applicable laws of the state. The New York State
Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code is also hereby adopted and
recognized as the official Building Construction Code of the Village
for the purposes set forth therein and as it may be amended from time
to time.[1]
