The number of Supervisors of the Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County, shall be five, to be designated as the Chairperson and Supervisors one through four.

A. 
Pursuant to W.S.A. s. 60.21(2)(b), the terms of office of the Supervisors of the Town Board shall be staggered as follows:
(1) 
Chairperson: two-year term, to be elected in odd-numbered years.
(2) 
First Supervisor: one-year term, to be elected in even-numbered years.
(3) 
Second Supervisor: two-year term, to be elected in odd-numbered years.
(4) 
Third Supervisor: one-year term, to be elected in even-numbered years.
(5) 
Fourth Supervisor: two-year term, to be elected in odd-numbered years.
B. 
The one-year term shall apply only to the April 1993 election, and commencing with the April 1994 election the term of office shall be two years for the First and Third Supervisors.
