A.Â
The Village Board will permit any religious, fraternal
or civic organization functioning within the corporate limits of the
Village of Alexandria Bay to use one Village facility for a period
of one day or portion thereof in a calendar year without charge (golf
course excluded).
B.Â
All scheduling must be completed at least seven days
in advance of the activity and must be approved by the Village Board
or the official in charge of the facility.
