and employees of the Borough of Rutherford are set annually by ordinance.[1] Copies of the current Salary Ordinance are available from
the Borough Clerk during regular office hours.]

provided that the annual Salary Ordinance shall be adopted by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough by no later than the regularly scheduled
March Mayor and Council meeting of each year.
