All barbershops and beauty parlors located within
the Borough of East Rutherford shall not be opened before 8:30 a.m.
and shall be closed not later than 8:00 p.m. on each weekday, except
Saturday, when said barbershops and said beauty parlors shall be closed
not later than 9:00 p.m.

Editor's Note: Former § 104-2, Closed Sundays and
holidays, was repealed 8-18-2015 by Ord. No. 2015-13.
Any person, whether owner, proprietor or employee,
who shall open or permit to be opened or who shall serve any customer
in any barbershop or beauty parlor during the hours which it is provided
that said barbershop or beauty parlor shall be closed shall, upon
conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty of $25 or shall be imprisoned
for a period not to exceed 10 days.
