No person, firm or corporation shall use any public facility or recreational facility belonging to the Township of Maplewood for the purpose of procuring any financial gain or reward from the use thereof.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to give instructions or lessons on any public or recreational facility and receive payment therefor or to conduct a private business on said facilities.
This article shall not apply to employees of the Township of Maplewood who are performing services on behalf of the Township, and if such charges are remitted to the Recreation Department.
Anyone violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $200.
